Crystal Chakra Balancing

A Crystal Chakra Balancing session starts with a short meditation through each of the Chakras. This allows one to discover where there are imbalances, balances and strengths. Crystals are placed on and around the body. Other Crystals are used to clear blockages and bring each Chakra back into balance.

Using crystals for Chakra balancing is a deeply meditative experience that brings the body’s seven main Chakras into alignment through healing crystals and a crystal pendulum. Stones are laid on and or around the body to activate healing within their radius. This unique experience leaves you feeling calm and in a state of peace and harmony, resulting in an increased feeling of well-being long after the session is finished.

 

Initial session 1.5 hours: $125.00

Follow-up session 1 hour: $100.00

About Us 

I started my journey over 30 years ago with a simple premise: Make available to every woman the resources she needs to live a healthy, active, happy and long life.  In this I take a total holistic approach .

At the same time in my practice I strive to educate each woman through Spiritual Life Coaching, and mindfulness how to remain non-reactive during stressful situations!  

In my youth I lived in an Ashram in Toronto and studied Yoga under the late Yogi Krishan and continued to study Yoga/Mindfulness for an additional 5 years with Universal Ashram. Then I discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and began the second part of my mission, which is to help others help themselves become the person each wants to be. The path of Hypnosis that was presented in NLP lead me to become a Consulting Hypnotist, as well as a Cognitive Behavioural Coach, a Spiritual Life Coach utilizing DBT/ACT techniques. I  also use powerful visualizations and guided meditations in my practice.  

 Today, I offer sessions in Shadow Mastery, Meditation, Spiritual Life Coaching, Vegan Nutrition, Reflexology, Hypnosis and Cognitive Techniques for Stress Management in Business, Weight Management, as well as classes in Hypnosis for Birthing, Reiki (Usui), Angel Reiki and Crystal Healing.
