Angelic Reiki

Angelic Reiki is through the Angel Kingdom of Light.  Angelic Reiki is a powerful – yet gentle, hands-on or distance healing system that allows very high vibrational energies, Angels of Light to work on your body to help release physical, ancestral, emotional and karmic imbalances across all times and incarnations.

Crystal Reiki

Crystal Reiki is a form of energy healing combining the specific healing properties of crystals with Reiki energy to aid in healing the physical, mental and spiritual body. Combining the two makes this is a very powerful form of healing.

Animal Reiki

Animal Reiki can help to strengthen the connection between an animal and guardian.  Reiki can help to maintain health on physical, emotional and energetic levels. Reiki can help increase an animal's feelings of relaxation and reduce tension in anxious animals. Because Reiki is simple and easy to administer, it is a wonderful alternative therapy for animals. Reiki is non-invasive and will help healing occur where it is needed most. It is also a great healing modality to aid in the end of life for the animal and also for the grieving guardian.

Usui Reiki Distance Healing sessions - 45 minutes: $50.00 

Usui Reiki In-person sessions - 1 hour: $90.00 - (In your home $115.00)

 

Angelic Reiki Healing sessions - In-person sessions - 1 hour: $90.00 - (In your home $115.00)

 

Crystal Reiki Healing Sessions -  .In-person sessions - 1 hour: $90.00 - (In your home $115.00)

Usui Reiki Trainings

Level 1: $180.00 (no prerequisite)

Level 2: $315.00 (prerequisite - Level 1 Training)

Level 3: $450.00 (prerequisite - Levels 1 & 2 Training)

 

Each level includes a manual and certification and runs approximately 6-8 hours in course length. (Immediately after Level 1 training, one can start a Reiki practice).

Crystal Reiki Trainings

About Us 

I started my journey over 30 years ago with a simple premise: Make available to every woman the resources she needs to live a healthy, active, happy and long life.  In this I take a total holistic approach .

At the same time in my practice I strive to educate each woman through Spiritual Life Coaching, and mindfulness how to remain non-reactive during stressful situations!  

In my youth I lived in an Ashram in Toronto and studied Yoga under the late Yogi Krishan and continued to study Yoga/Mindfulness for an additional 5 years with Universal Ashram. Then I discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and began the second part of my mission, which is to help others help themselves become the person each wants to be. The path of Hypnosis that was presented in NLP lead me to become a Consulting Hypnotist, as well as a Cognitive Behavioural Coach, a Spiritual Life Coach utilizing DBT/ACT techniques. I  also use powerful visualizations and guided meditations in my practice.  

 Today, I offer sessions in Shadow Mastery, Meditation, Spiritual Life Coaching, Vegan Nutrition, Reflexology, Hypnosis and Cognitive Techniques for Stress Management in Business, Weight Management, as well as classes in Hypnosis for Birthing, Reiki (Usui), Angel Reiki and Crystal Healing.
