Reiki

Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key)

Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese modality that uses hands-on and distance healing energy to help create well-being.

Angel Reiki:

Angel Reiki is a powerful – yet gentle, hands-on or distance healing system that allows very high vibrational energies through the Angels of Light to work on your body to help release physical, ancestral, emotional and karmic imbalances across all times and incarnations.

Animal Reiki:

Animal Reiki can help to strengthen the connection between an animal and guardian. Reiki can help to maintain health on physical, emotional and energetic levels. Reiki can help increase an animal's feelings of relaxation and reduce tension in anxious animals. Because Reiki is simple and easy to administer, it is a wonderful alternative therapy for animals. Reiki is non-invasive and will help healing occur where it is needed most. It is also a great healing modality to aid in the end of life for the animal and also for the grieving guardian.

Crystal Reiki:

Crystal Reiki is a form of energy healing combining the specific healing properties of crystals with Reiki energy to aid in healing the physical, mental and spiritual body. Combining the two makes this is a very powerful form of healing.

Usui Reiki In-person sessions - 1 hour: $90.00 - (In your home $115.00)

Angel Reiki Healing sessions - In-person sessions - 1 hour: $90.00 - (In your home $115.00)

Crystal Reiki Healing Sessions - .In-person sessions - 1 hour: $90.00 - (In your home $115.00)

Animal Reiki Healing Sessions - In-person sessions - 30 minutes: $45.00

(These sessions are performed in your home to allow your animal to be relaxed and feel safe)

Usui Reiki Trainings:

Level 1: $180.00 (no prerequisite)

Level 2: $315.00 (prerequisite - Level 1 Training)

Level 3 & 4 Masters: $450.00 (prerequisite - Levels 1 & 2 Training and a minimum of 6 months of practice)

Each level includes a manual and certification and runs approximately 6-8 hours in course length. (Immediately after Level 1 training, one can start a Reiki practice).

Crystal Reiki Trainings:

Level 3 & 4 Masters: $630.00

(prerequisite level 1&2 Usui Reiki Training and a minimum of 6 months practice)

This level includes a book manual and certification and runs approximately 6-8 hours in course length.

Shadow work is sometimes challenging, but the benefits are worth the effort. I use multiple techniques to dive deep and help to heal the mind body spirit connection and retrieving soul fragments.

Motivational Hypnosis

Hypnosis has long been used to enhance the mind and develop focus for various healings. Combined with Cognitive Behavioural Coaching and Time Empowerment Techniques (Time Line Therapy), it can be a very powerful tool to help people direct their minds to:

Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy is an amazing tool to help set goals, lose weight, remove negative emotions and limiting beliefs that stop us from living the life we want. Releasing these emotions from the body allow us to heal at a very deep level freeing us from the past. This is a very powerful and highly effective tool!

Each session is completely confidential and runs for approximately 45 to 90 minutes, which includes goal setting and a lesson in self-hypnosis.

Initial Session: 1.5 hours $150.00

Follow-up sessions: 1 hour $100.00

If you are wanting to add more plant based foods into your diet or go full on Vegan, I can help you transition!

I will provide you with three weeks of menu's and ongoing support to assist you in making the changes, big or small.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient technique where pressure is applied to the reflex points on the foot corresponding to parts of the body to promote wellness and relaxation.

Water Mastery Healing System

Water Mastery is a high vibrational, multidimensional healing system that blends sonic sound healing and angelic energies together to formulate a unique and complete healing system.

Using crystals for Chakra balancing is a deeply meditative experience that brings the body’s seven main Chakras into alignment through healing crystals and a crystal pendulum. Stones are laid on and or around the body to activate healing within their radius. This unique experience leaves you feeling calm and in a state of peace and harmony, resulting in an increased feeling of well-being long after the session is finished.

Tuning Fork Chakra and Energy Balancing

Tuning forks can improve your overall well being. They can tune the natural cycles of the body, help with lowering inflammation, balance the nervous system promoting better sleep and create balance in the body.
